Your roles and responsibilities

  • Designing test plans, scenarios, and procedures.
  • Testing of existing and new features in the apps.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to correct errors and participate in testing for product releases.
  • Work on multiple projects at one time
  • Writing and executing test cases to detect usability and performance issues.
  • Verification of testing on multi-devices and cross-platform consistency.
  • Creating detailed reports and listing improvements.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for future use.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in mobile app testing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the SDLC and STLC
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and individually.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in manual and automation mobile app testing.
  • Familiarity with writing test documentation, requirements review, and creating bug reports.
  • Ability to describe bugs clearly and accurately.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and testing types
  • Automation testing
  • Knowledge of Bug life cycle and bug format.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium, and so on).
  • Knowledge of Database
  • Add on knowledge about Bug Tracking Tools (Mantis Bug Tracker, Redmine, Jira, Bugzilla).
