Your roles and responsibilities

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Manage, edit, and verify all content that is ready to deliver
  • Collaborate with marketing, and design teams to plan content for our products and social media
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread, and improve writers’ content
  • Use content management systems to analyze user engagement metrics
  • Manage content distribution to our products and social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends
  • Create and manage a calendar to deliver timely content
  • Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis
  • Manage and maintain content, and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
  • Managing product support

Technical Expertise

  • Good writing skills in English
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with social media management
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Experience in using and managing social media channels, actively engaging and expanding social media
  • Knowledge of content marketing trends
  • Attention to detail

Good to have

  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML
