Job description 
We are looking for a highly motivated ASO and Digital Marketing Analyst to join our mobile apps product company. As an ASO and Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy for our mobile app products to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the Product and Design teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with the overall product strategy.

Your roles and responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs, Keyword Research, and Competitor Analysis.
  2. Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and new channels to meet objectives.
  3. Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting-edge mobile marketing.
  4. Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (planning, executing, reporting monitoring, and optimization.
  5. Create a playbook of best practices to be used globally to manage mobile app marketing, with a strong ROI-focused approach).
  6. Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to further apprise our app marketing efforts. Report on campaigns and overall app performance.
  7. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  8. Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify trends and insights that can inform our marketing strategy.
  9. Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords and social media ads.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with influences and other partners to promote our products.
  11. Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategy.
  12. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  13. Monitor and report on website and app analytics to optimize website traffic and user engagement.
  14. Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and promotional emails.
  15. Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
  16. Collaborate with the product development team to identify and target the most effective audience segments.

Technical Expertise

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Knowledge of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and App Store Optimization tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  4. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  5. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on mobile apps.
  6. Strong understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
  7. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  9. Time-management skills.
  10. Ability to grasp new technologies.
